La defensa de la sociedad es efectiva en la medida en que es asumida directamente por el pueblo, actuando como protagonista y no como simple espectador de las luchas políticas de su tiempo. Sin esa presencia del pueblo en calles y plazas no hay organización social que resista los embates de los personeros del viejo orden.
The defense of the society is effective in the measure that it is assumed directly by the people, acting like leading and no like simple viewer of the political fights of his time. Without this presence of the people in streets and squares there is no social organization that resists the attacks of the old order representants.
